25/26 FA Cup semi-finals confirmed with Medeama meeting Dreams FC and Aduana facing Nations FC.

The semifinal lineup for the 2025/26 Ghana FA Cup has been officially confirmed following the conclusion of the quarterfinal matches over the weekend.

The final eight fixtures were played at the Cape Coast Stadium and the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park, producing four teams that will now battle for a place in the grand finale.

Aduana FC secured their spot in the semifinals on Saturday with an impressive 3–0 victory over Techiman Liberty Youth FC at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park. The Fire Club showcased their attacking quality to comfortably book a place in the last four. ⚽

On Sunday at the same venue, Nations FC also progressed after a dramatic contest against fellow Premier League side Berekum Chelsea. Following a tightly contested match that ended goalless, Nations FC held their nerve to secure a 4–3 victory in the penalty shootout.

The result sets up a semifinal clash between Aduana FC and Nations FC, with both clubs aiming to lift the FA Cup for the first time. Although Aduana are already two-time Ghana Premier League champions, they are still chasing their maiden FA Cup title — a milestone Nations FC are equally eager to achieve.

In the other semifinal, Medeama SC will face Dreams FC in an all-Ghana Premier League encounter.

Dreams FC secured their place in the last four after edging Heart of Lions 4–3 on penalties at the Cape Coast Stadium. The match ended 1–1 after 120 minutes, forcing a shootout where the “Still Believe” lads held their composure to progress. ⚽

Later that evening at the same venue, Medeama SC took on Division One League side Attram De Visser FC in a difficult contest. After regulation time ended goalless, young forward Kelvin Nkrumah delivered a sensational extra-time display, scoring a hat-trick to guide the Mauve and Yellow to victory and secure their semifinal spot.

The clash between Medeama SC and Dreams FC promises to be another intriguing battle, with Medeama chasing a third Ghana FA Cup title while Dreams FC aim to move closer to winning the trophy for the second time.

The FA Cup Committee is expected to announce the date and venue for the semifinal matches in the coming days.

The eventual winners of the competition will earn the opportunity to represent Ghana in the CAF Confederation Cup for the 2026/27 season.
