The Ga Mantse is in stable condition following a dawn crash in the Oti Region.

The Ga Mantse, Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, is in stable condition after being involved in a road accident in the early hours of Wednesday.

The accident happened around 2:00 a.m. at Pai-Katanga in the Oti Region as the King was returning to Accra from Tamale.

Sources close to the palace indicated that he had travelled to the Northern Region on a private visit at the invitation of the Yaa Naa.

The visit, described as cordial and significant, was part of ongoing engagements among traditional authorities to strengthen unity and foster mutual respect among Ghana’s revered institutions.

However, on his way back to Accra, the Ga Mantse’s vehicle was involved in a crash. He was unharmed and is said to be in stable condition.

Personnel of the Ghana Police Service reportedly responded promptly after being alerted to the scene.

Although the full details surrounding the accident have yet to be disclosed, the atmosphere at the palace is said to be one of relief and gratitude, with the Ga Mantse remaining in high spirits.
